Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


1. What is your Return Policy?

VoyageEyewear(Venture of SS Enterprises) offers 3 days returns and exchange policy, We at VoyageEyewear work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 3 days of delivery.

 Return & Refunds, convenience charges of ₹150 will be levied for COD orders only
No convenience charges on Exchange of products.
For Prepaid orders: Free exchange, return & refund. No questions asked.

 DISCLAIMER : Refund not applicable (only exchange), if any promotion/offer code applied.

We do not accept returns under the following instances:

    • Damages due to use or misuse of product.
    • Products with tampered or missing price tags.
    • Any product that is returned without the case, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
    • After inspection we will confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund the amount back to you via the same channel with which you made the payment. Refund can only be process for prepaid orders. For COD, please refer to the Note column below.
    • In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, Voyage Eyewear (Venture of SS Enterprises) can deny refund to the customer.

2. What is your Return Process? 

  • Click on Return/Exchange Link (Click here) Enter you Name, Email, Contact Number with your Order Number staring with # in message section and any suggestions/experience if you want to share.
  • Once you have sent the return request, Kindly allow us 24-48 hours to look into it.  
  • You will get a confirmation text message with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

3. How does return/refund/exchange work? What are the charges?

For Exchange
No convenience charges on Exchange of products.

For Return: There are two ways to return the product to us:

  • VoyageEyewear(Venture of SS Enterprises) Pick up: In most locations, we offer a pick up service. We charge Rs.150, convenience fees for COD (Cash On Delivery) orders.
    For Prepaid orders: Free exchange, return & refund. No questions asked.

  • Self-Ship*: If we don't offer a pick up at your location or you don't want to pay convenience fees Rs.150, you shall have to ship the product at your end. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This is only for COD(Cash On Delivery) orders.

Disclaimer* If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If a wrong or damaged product is sent back to us by the customer, VoyageEyewear(Venture of SS Enterprises)will not accept the return / exchange or send you the wrong product back. 

Note: The amount Rs.150 will be debited from the refund amount in case of return/refund on COD (Cash On Delivery) orders.

    4. How soon will I get my refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    All items must be returned in their original condition with our box/packaging/ tags/ labels as delivered to you, if a package is received without any of the above no refund will be initiated.

    We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

    We may reject the return request if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.

    Once we receive the return and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as per the original forms of payment, within 48 hours.
