* In case of refunds on Prepaid order placed on our website Rs 150 will be deducted
* Credit note ( GIFT CARD ) will be issued in the form of refunds for COD based orders ( less shipping)
* Shipping is non-refundable
* Customised lens (or prescription) based orders are non-returnable/refundable
* No refund applicable if customer availed any kind of offer/discount ( in case of Prepaid Order)
